Absolutely. This isn’t a group bootcamp. Everything is tailored to your level. We’ll coach you through it all step-by-step so you feel confident in every session.

❓ What happens after I apply?
You’ll book a free 1-1 strategy session with one of our coaches. We’ll map out where you are, where you want to be, and see if the 8-Week Challenge is a good fit. If it’s not, we’ll still point you in the right direction.

❓ Where does the challenge take place?
All sessions are held at Ludus — our private facility in Monmouth. No big crowds. No egos. Just a solid community of people committed to getting 1% better every day.

❓ Is there a nutrition plan included?
Yes — and more. You’ll get a simple, sustainable approach to eating that works with your lifestyle. No extreme diets. No tracking calories all day. Just clarity and structure that gets results.

❓ How much does it cost?
We’ll cover this in your 1-1 session. Pricing depends on a few factors, but expect to invest in yourself properly. This isn’t a budget gym plan — it’s a full coaching experience.
