If you are looking for an early morning sweat session, this is for you! Enjoy some fun cardio, bodyweight and strength training in a fun group environment early on a Saturday morning. You will feel energised for the rest of the day and have the whole weekend ahead of you!

8.15am CrossFit Gymnastics
Have you seen athletes climbing ropes, doing pull-ups and walking on their hands? If like me you wondered how the hell they do this then I am going to show you the foundations to all these skills.

9.30am Olympic Weightlifting
Been inspired by Team GB at the Olympics and common wealth games? Athletes such as Naomi Campbell have inspired a new generation of weightlifters. To start your journey, give this class a try and learn from British Weightlifting coach Charlie McCloy.

10.30am Personal Training Consultation
Are you looking for personal training in a private environment with coaches who really care about you and your needs? Come on down and one of our team of PT's will provide you with a free initial consultation where you can talk about your needs, goals and aspirations.
